Agentic Management Institute is a project of Andrew Spoeth, LLC, based in San Francisco, California. This policy explains what information we collect through agenticmanagementinstitute.com, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.

We keep this short and specific. We collect very little, and we do not sell it.

Information you give us

If you submit the question form, we collect:

• Your email address (required)
• The question you share (required)
• Your name (optional)
• Your role and company (optional)

We use this to understand what leaders are facing as agentic work develops, to respond to you if appropriate, and to send occasional updates about the Agentic Management Initiative. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and how people arrive. This involves cookies and similar technologies, and may include your approximate location, device and browser type, and pages viewed. We do not use analytics to identify you personally.

Our host also records standard server logs, including IP addresses, as part of delivering and securing the site.

Cookies and your choices

Analytics cookies are optional. We ask for your consent before setting them, and analytics does not run unless you agree. You can change your mind at any time using the cookie settings control on this site, or by clearing cookies in your browser.

Essential functions of the site do not depend on analytics cookies. Declining will not break anything.

Legal bases if you are in the EEA or UK

• Consent for analytics cookies and for marketing updates.
• Legitimate interests for responding to your question, keeping the site secure, and understanding aggregate usage.

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing does not affect processing that already happened.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Netlify hosts the site and processes form submissions.
• Google Analytics provides usage measurement.
• Our email provider delivers form notifications and any updates you have opted into.

We may also disclose information if legally required to do so.

International transfers

We operate from the United States, and our providers may process data there. If you are in the EEA or UK, this means your information may be transferred outside your home country. Our providers use recognized safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for these transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as the Agentic Management Initiative is active, and delete them on request. Analytics data is retained according to the retention setting in Google Analytics.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. If you are in California, you may also have the right to know what we collect and to request deletion, and we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

Security

We use reputable providers and standard protections including HTTPS across the site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for professional audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
